While most riders choose the outer loop, there are dozens of miles of chunky gravel in the August A. Busch Wildlife area.

A more challenging gravel route, with climing, river crossings and chunkier gravel.

The most challenging gravel in the area is the double track between the Lost Valley MTB Trails.

The Katy Trail spans 240 miles from STL to KC! The Katy is an old railroad turned into a flat gravel trail.
