About 100 people attended the official announcement that the Tour of Missouri was the real deal after months of speculation.

Part of the press conference included a short video that showed the cycling action that would included within next September's Tour of Missouri

Governor Matt Blunt spoke about the economic impact on the state. It's estimated that impact would be in the $26 million dollar area.
